Manufacturing and Assembly
The current concept uses a hybrid structure to keep the frame lightweight while retaining rigidity and manufacturability.
Shell Body
ABS plastic shell body produced via 3D printing and assembled using M3 fasteners.
Internal Structure
Carbon fiber structural components milled separately and fixed into the main clamshell body using M3 screws.
Estimated Cost
Current deck pricing identifies two reference unit-cost figures depending on whether the controller and headset are included.
Cost Structure Notes
The current bill of materials includes the video system, batteries, propellers, flight stack, capacitors, motors, GPS, radio, goggles, and custom carbon fiber plates.
